Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

You are eligible for Replace/Exchange only if the items are damaged or you have not received what you ordered. Please send the video of opening the packaging or photos within 24 hours of order arrival through mail or WhatsApp.

We have a 7-day return policy. All approved exchanges and replacements will be completed within 7 business days.

How to Raise a Replace Request

Contact us at connect@prinkwellness.com. If your replacement is accepted, you'll receive a tracking ID as soon as the replacement has been dispatched from our hub.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of your order is available only within 12 hours after placing an order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
